We are delighted to introduce our new Head of Systems, Judith Erwee-Townsend, who has primarily been brought on board to bolster the Genie-Freeway family!
Judith comes to us with extensive experience in digital solution implementations and system integrations in the Processing & Manufacturing industry and Sales and Distribution sector. Judith also has experience as an EMEA Customer Support Centre Implementation & Support Consultant dealing with high profile customers in the Software Provider sector.
Judith’s employment history and living abroad (Europe, Africa, and America) means she has a diverse and multi-cultural work and living background. In Judith’s opinion she is driven by “making a difference” by identifying opportunities to combine her passion for systems and processes, with her services and support experiences to return on customer investments through automation and digitisation in a sustainable way.
In the short time that Judith has been with us, her wealth of experience has already brought immeasurable value to the Genie team through her professional and structured approach to project implementations. We hope to have the opportunity to introduce Judith to our Freeway customers over the coming weeks, as she further integrates into the business.
